Welcome to Brideview United
Our club was founded in 1972 and has its home grounds at Brideview Park Tallow, County Waterford in Ireland. The club colours are Blue and Yellow. The club welcomes all new members and are very proud of the large number of boys and an ever increasing number of girls joining the club. The home grounds Brideview Park have two top class playing pitches and an all weather pitch.
Down through the years the club has become known for its fine tradition of developing good players and successful teams. This policy shows no sign of stopping as the next generation of young players continue to progress under the supervision of their managers and coaches.
Today the club has two Junior Football teams playing in the Premier Division and First Division of the West Waterford East Cork League. The club has eight Underage teams all playing in their respective divisions of the West Waterford East Cork League.
Tallow is the ancestral home of Mick McCarthy the former Republic of Ireland player and National Team Manager. Mick officially opened our club house. Micks cousin Des McCarthy was the first Chairman of Brideview United.
